Lux Lens Productions retains full copyright ownership of all photographs, videos, floor plans, or graphics created. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images solely for marketing the specific property while the listing is active. This license is not transferable. The client may not resell, license, or transfer any rights to the images. The photographer retains the irrevocable right to use the images for marketing, self-promotion, or other purposes not limited to websites, brochures, and social media.
